NRW Sotheby’s International Realty rents out collector’s items for EUR 8,500 per month in Cologne’s Kranhaus and for EUR 19,500 in Düsseldorf

Cologne/Düsseldorf, January 28, 2022 – NRW Sotheby’s International Realty, the global brand for luxury real estate, has let two premium apartments in Cologne and Düsseldorf for 8,500 and 19,500 euros per month respectively.

The furnished 3-room designer apartment in Cologne with around 170 square meters of living space is on the 17th and thus penultimate floor of the Kranhaus in Rheinauhafen.

It has a spacious entrance area and hallway from which all rooms lead and which leads into a spacious living/dining area with an integrated kitchen. The adjoining terrace with around 35 square meters offers a unique view of the Rhine, the Schäl Sick and the south and west of Cologne. The canopy means that it can also be used outside of the summer months. Managing Director Tobias Schulze of Sotheby’s International Realty in NRW: “Kranhaus apartments, especially those on the top floors, are only very rarely available and are highly sought after due to their quality and prestige.”

The furnished penthouse maisonette apartment in Düsseldorf with six rooms on around 250 square meters of living space over three floors offers exclusive furnishings and a heated pool with its own heat pump and counter-current system on the roof terrace, including a view of the Rhine. The penthouse has its own water pipe from the basement to the apartment, a decentralized ventilation system, three high-quality bathrooms, terraces with frameless balustrades made of safety glass, floors made of large stone slabs or two-tone herringbone parquet, custom-made wooden fittings, a fireplace, a high-quality kitchen, a fully networked and mobile controllable building technology as well as a wellness area with sauna.

“These extremely rare collector’s items offer the highest quality of living in addition to a central location. They are also very popular with our international customers,” concludes Schulze.
